Welcome to Gentle Beginnings! I'm Daniele, a dedicated parent consultant specializing in infant care. As the founder of Gentle Beginnings, I bring extensive experience in infant care and parent consulting, making me well-equipped to support new parents on their journey. With over 20 years in the field, I have worked as a hands-on nanny, operated my own in-home childcare business for infants, served as a lead infant room teacher at a high-volume daycare, and provided postpartum support. During this time, I have worked closely with families, offering guidance on newborn care, sleep routines, developmental milestones, feeding strategies, and overall parental well-being throughout a child’s first year.
My expertise allows me to provide evidence-based, compassionate support tailored to the unique needs of each family. Beyond my hands-on experience, I have developed strong business and leadership skills, successfully managing operations, creating educational content, and building community relationships to expand support networks for new parents.
Whether it’s single mothers, families who have relocated, or first-time parents unsure of what to do, I want to make expert newborn care guidance easily accessible.
